In a world that relies on accurate prediction of the weather, Meteorologist, Doctor Amanda Dillon, finds she can't rely on anything anymore. 

Unknowingly living with a past she can't remember, she learns to use an ability gained from a buried traumatic childhood experience. Amanda learns that she must face that trauma and how it has affected her life and the lives of others, including her best friend, Chuck.
